Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content, branding, and images on this site belong to Doodie Crew Poop Scooping and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Quotes, prices, and service details shown on this site are provided for general information and may change. Your final pricing and schedule are confirmed when you sign up for service.

Service terms

By scheduling service with Doodie Crew Poop Scooping, you agree to the following.

Access and safety

• Service areas must be accessible on your scheduled service day.
• Gates with a lock code are welcome. Provide your code at signup and we will make sure your gate is locked before we leave.
• A photo of your locked gate is sent to you after every visit.
• We prefer dogs to be secured inside during service.
• If a dog shows aggressive behavior, service will be skipped and the visit will still be billed.
• Repeated safety issues may result in permanent service cancellation.
• If we cannot access your yard because of a locked gate without a provided code, or because of an obstruction, the visit will still be billed.

Waste removal

• We do not haul waste off-site.
• All waste is double-bagged and placed in your trash bin, a provided bucket, or a designated area of your choosing.
• We sanitize our equipment after every visit to prevent cross-contamination.

Spray treatments

Enzyme spray is applied once per month as a targeted spot treatment to the areas where odors are strongest, neutralizing everyday odors at the source using natural enzymes.

Wysiwash sanitizing and deodorizing is applied once per month as a full yard treatment using a professional-grade system used by kennels, doggy daycares, and veterinary clinics. It targets pathogens including E. coli, parvo, and salmonella that can remain in grass and soil after waste is removed. It is EPA approved, biodegradable, and pet safe, with no rinsing required.

• Both treatments require access to a water spigot in the service area.
• Treatments are not applied during rain or immediately after heavy rainfall.
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

Billing and payments

• Recurring services are prepaid and auto-billed monthly.
• Missed visits caused by access issues, locked gates without a provided code, or aggressive dogs are still billed.
• One-time cleanups are billed at the quoted rate for the estimated time on site, with additional time billed in increments as described at signup.
• Add-on treatments are billed monthly alongside your plan: Enzyme Spray at $20 per month and Wysiwash sanitizing and deodorizing at $40 per month.
• Current pricing for each plan is shown during signup and in your service agreement.

Scheduling

• Service days are route-based and assigned by location and route availability. Your day is confirmed after signup.
• 24-hour notice is required to skip or reschedule a visit.
• Service days may occasionally be adjusted for weather, holidays, or operational needs. We will notify you in advance and reschedule within the same week whenever possible. Your monthly rate stays the same, because the amount of waste collected does not change based on which day we visit.

Weather

• In severe weather, your service day may be moved to the nearest available day that week.
• You will be notified of schedule changes as soon as possible.
• Service is rescheduled rather than skipped.

Cancellation

• You may cancel recurring service at any time with 24-hour notice.
• New recurring clients receive their first cleanup free. If you cancel before completing one full month of service, you will be charged $75 for that initial cleanup. This charge does not apply if you paid for your first cleanup.
• Doodie Crew Poop Scooping may cancel service at any time because of safety concerns, repeated access issues, or non-payment.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

• Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS messages from Chopper K9 Services LLC, DBA Doodie Crew Poop Scooping.
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Except where the law says otherwise, our services and this website are provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising out of your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for service in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
